Our LSS medical benefits offer an expansive provider network. To check if your provider is in one of our provider networks, visit www.anthem.com/find-care/ and search by one of our networks shown in the chart below.
Even if you’re traveling, you can take your benefits with you! The Blue Access Network allows those enrolled in a health plan to access care in all of Anthem’s Blue Card locations across the country and around the world. If you are away from home and you need care right away, you’re covered. The Blue Card functions like a medical passport if an in-network provider is selected, you will receive the same in-network benefits. Even if you travel out of the country your coverage follows you.
