Annual Enrollment Starts Today!

Providing access to robust benefits that support wellness and well-being is an important way to create a culture that brings out the best in each one of us. This year’s Annual Enrollment is especially exciting because our team members in Pennsylvania will be coming onboard our LSS benefits in 2025.

If you are benefits-eligible, this Annual Enrollment period is when you can make new elections and/or changes to your benefits, which will become effective January 1, 2025. If you are unsure of your eligibility, check with your HR team.

Please visit the LSS Benefits Website (LSSBenefits.org) to explore all the great LSS benefits available to our benefits-eligible team members across LSS in greater detail. But below you’ll find a list of the key highlights and changes you’ll see for 2025 (as compared to our LSS benefits in 2024) as well as some helpful reminders.

 • All changes/elections must be made in Workday between November 6 and November 25.

 • Employee premiums for all four LSS medical plans (Bronze PPO, Silver PPO, Gold PPO, and Consumer-Driven Health Plan) will increase by 7.7%  (which is in line with the national average of health care cost inflation).

 • The Bronze PPO plan's copays will decrease from $35 to $30 for primary care visits and $60 to $40 for specialist visits (with the removal of the five-visit cap), $75 to $50 for urgent care, and $20 to $15 for generic Rx drugs ($50 to $30 for 90-day supply through mail-order).

 • The Consumer-Driven Health plan will see its deductibles increase from $3,200/$6,400 to $3,300/$6,600 due to changes with IRS regulations.

 • Although the two LSS Dental plans’ benefits will not change in 2025, the employee premiums will increase by 2.7%.

 • The Vision plan’s benefits will become better by changing the copay for annual eye exams from $10 to $0 (which means they're free for all covered members), and the employee premiums will decrease by a bit.

• There are no changes to the LSS-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance; Also no changes to the costs of Voluntary Life Insurance.

• Although there are no changes to the LSS-paid Basic Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits, employees may now choose to voluntarily purchase additional LTD coverage through the newly added Buy-up LTD plan which provides benefits equal to 60% of one’s salary up to $12,000/month.

 • Employees may now elect to purchase Voluntary Short-term Disability (VSTD) coverage that provides income protection beginning on day 30 of disability at 50% up to $2,000/week.
