LSS East Region Benefits

On July 1, 2024, the team members of the LSS East Region joined the LSS family. At that time, all of the employee benefits our LSS East team members had enjoyed prior to July 1st remained in place and will continue through the end of the 2024 plan year (except for their 401k benefits which ended 6/30/2024). EAP Benefits

LSS has partnered with Espyr to offer LSS East team members 6 free consulting sessions at no cost to you.  You will be responsible for the cost of additional services to which you may be referred.  It’s advised that you initially discuss the number of sessions your counselor anticipates and to find out if your counselor is considered an in-network provider with your medical carrier.

If the counselor is not considered in-network and you anticipate more than the 6 free sessions, you have a couple options.  You can ask your EAP counselor to assist you in finding an in-network counselor. Or, you can have a discussion with the counselor about the cost that would be associated after your 6 free sessions.  You can then compare the difference in cost between an in-network provider and a non-participating provider and make a decision based on your findings.  It’s worth a discussion with the counselor.
