New Total Rewards Resource Rollout: Access Your Compensation and Benefits in Workday
We’d like to remind you of our new Total Rewards Resource inside Workday, a comprehensive tool that provides valuable insights on many of the financial investments LSS makes on your behalf. The Total Rewards Resource is designed to offer a detailed breakdown of the financial aspects associated with your employment at LSS and a big picture of the value of working at LSS. This includes information on your compensation, additional payments, and financial contributions LSS makes towards your employee benefits.
How to View Total Rewards
From the Workday Menu, select Benefits and Pay.
From the left column, click the Compensation tab and click Total Rewards.
Important Notes
The information presented is “dynamic” and that means the information presented will automatically change over time as variables and factors change with your LSS employment (i.e., when your pay increases as a result of the annual merit increase, your total rewards info will update automatically).
The information presented on the “Total Compensation” screen are mostly estimates of your potential for salary and compensation from LSS, including recurring contributions related to your benefit elections, but some elements represent actual earnings paid. These distinctions are noted in the help text in each section.
