PTO Donation Bank: Multiply Joy by Supporting Your Team Members in Time of Need

Have some PTO hours to spare? You can share them with your fellow team members to help them in their time of need through the PTO Donation Bank.

 Why should you donate? 

To boost your happiness through giving to coworkers in need, knowing that YOU made a positive difference in someone’s life.  Every PTO donation from 4/4/24 through 4/25/24 will be entered into a raffle drawing for a $40 gift card!

 How is your PTO donation used? 

The PTO Donation Bank provides qualifying employees with additional PTO when they’re absent from work for a serious health condition of their own or for a family member and they don’t have enough paid benefits to cover their time away. You can donate as little as one hour of your PTO or as much as you’d like, as long as you have 40 hours available after your PTO donation. This donation can make a real difference in your coworkers’ lives and help them pay for basic necessities, groceries, bills, or medication during their greatest time of need.

 To donate PTO hours, complete this form and submit it to your HR representative. This donation bank is funded by the generous donations of LSS employees, so we thank you in advance for your kindness and support.
